Keller, Texas - January 11, 2015 - The Greater Keller Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the launch of the Business Accelerator program in cooperation with Evolve Performance Group. This economical engagement program was created for small to medium-sized businesses and project teams to help drive engagement and in turn, business performance.
“We often hear from our members about the challenges and cost of losing valuable employees and loyal customers, which Evolve Performance Group’s data and other national surveys validate are from a lack of employee engagement, says Dennis Serratt, Interim Chamber President. “This program is an important human capital investment for our members that want to improve their work culture, employee performance, and ultimately, their bottom line. The Business Accelerator program fits our mission--to make our members more successful in the pursuit of their business objectives.”
A company may place one or more business owners/team leaders/managers in the program. Their employees are then provided with a confidential Employee Engagement Survey to complete. The confidential data from the survey is analyzed and compiled into an engagement scorecard for each participant. Attendees then participate in a two-day Leadership and Manager Development learning event. They use the scorecard and self-assessment tools to utilize easy-to-implement strategies designed to create a “best-place-to-work” culture that drives profitability and customer loyalty. After completing the program, participants receive four Coaching Calls by Evolve Performance Group instructors to reinforce training and follow up on their progress with their teams.
“When CEOs are considering investing in their managers and human capital with the Business Accelerator program they need to also consider the alternative – the higher-costs of new customer acquisition and recruiting/training,” says Evolve Performance Group’s founder, Jeff Tobaben, “the strategy to invest in employee engagement has been successfully implemented by corporations like Walmart, Northrop Grumman and Ritz-Carlton.” Mr. Tobaben is a former Gallup Consultant; his experience in behavioral economics has helped organizations realize higher levels of employee engagement, client loyalty, manager performance, and profits.
“We are excited to be able to provide this offering to the Greater Keller Chamber of Commerce members,” explains Evolve Client Development Strategist Carol Stevens, “it’s not often that small to mid-size organizations have the opportunity to experience this unique combination of leadership and business development training that most Fortune 1000 companies enjoy. The Business Accelerator is that opportunity!”
Evolve Performance Group is a performance management consulting and training firm that uses unique survey instruments to produce useful data to drive business performance.
Registration for the Business Accelerator program is now open. The deadline to sign-up is February 12, 2016. To register for the event, or to learn more about industry data, employee engagement and the Business Accelerator program visit the program website at http://www.evolvepg.com/accelerate.
